Beginning next week Abner Brown's will host a series of free live gigs showcasing some of the best women at work in the Irish music scene right now.

What better way to seek refuge from the January blues than with a line up that has some of the most exciting Irish acts right now including i am niamh, Sive, Sinead White and much more.

TXFM’s Claire Beck, legendary musician Cait Riordan and promoter/manager Una Molloy will also be on hand to talk about their careers in the music industry.

All shows are free but there will be donations on each night for The Women’s refuge in Rathmines.
