2015 Adele album rumour denied by label boss
Matin Mills of Beggars Group says there is "no truth" to internet rumours
Reports by Billboard shoots down speculation that ran high yesterday on the potential of a new Adele album released later this year along with a world tour in support.
The rumours started when the World Music Awards sent off a tweet reading "#adele confirms 2015 Tour After The Release Of Her New Album '25'!" When Martin Mills, chairman of the Beggars Group which includes Adele's XL Records, was asked about the tweet he stated that there was "no truth in this". This isn't the first time that speculation of a new Adele album has arisen, with Adele herself tweeting on May 5, the eve of her 26th birthday, "Bye bye 25... See you again later in the year x ."
