Tonight's Late Late Show Line-Up Is Here
The show airs tonight on RTÉ One at 9.35pm.
There's an array of guests aiming to provide something for everyone on tonight's Late Late Show, from music to past hosts to Ireland's favourite rowing brothers.
Nathan Carter fronts the line-up on the show, currently the country's most prominent country star, he'll be on to talk about his upcoming tour which will take him from the Theatre Royal in Waterford to as far as Sacramento. He'll also be telling the story of his upbringing in Liverpool as an Irishman, and will be covering a Willie Nelson classic.
Skibbereen brothers Paul and Gary O'Donovan launched themselves into internet stardom in 2016, with an interview they gave at the Rio Olympics catching the world's attention.
Having appeared on the show previously, they'll be talking about their recent success at the World Rowing Championships, where they won gold. Joining the pair will be fellow gold medalist Sanita Puspure, and as well as their victories the three will be speaking on their preparations and aims for the upcoming Tokyo games in 2020.
A familiar face will be returning to the show, albeit in the guests' chair rather than the host's, as Pat Kenny will be talking to his successor on the show Ryan Tubridy about his career which now spans five decades and was most recently honoured this week with his induction into the IMRO Radio Awards Hall of Fame.
Joanna Donnelly of Met Éireann will also be on hand to explain how the weather is shaping up for the winter, in addition to the pertinent issue of the climate and how it is continuing to change, and with World Mental Health Day approaching, former rugby player Mike Ross will share the saddening story of his brother's suicide and the effect it has had on his family.
Added to Carter, Villagers will also be in the Late Late Show studio to perform after the release of their brand new album The Art Of Pretending To Swim.
