Irish football and culture label launch Gavin Bazunu collection in aid of Palestine Red Crescent Society
The collection is available to pre-order until Tuesday, October 13 at 7.45 pm.
Irish football and culture label, SevenFortyFive (745), have launced their debut collection in aid of Palestine Red Crescent Society.
The drop features Ireland and Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu, who was the only player to opt out of the Republic of Ireland's matches against Israel on September 27 and October 4.
He said in a statement on his Instagram that his decision was based "purely upon my personal belief that the killing of innocent people is wrong."
745 said that the collection "is celebrating Gavin Bazunu standing by his principles. All profits will be donated to Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS)."
The drop features a white t-shirt, with a portrait of the footballer; a grey jumper depicting his name and player number; a knitted scarf with a his face and jersey number, and an A4 risograph print in four different designs.
"Patterns drawn from the keffiyeh and layers of red and green bring Ireland and Palestine together," the company said about the collection's designs.
