Sirloin steak is served atop a hot volcanic stone which allows you to cook your meat exactly to your taste whilst adding a sense a drama to the overall dining experience. Taste at Rustic, on the second floor is also more than worth a visit, for its superb Japanese-inspired culinary meisterwerks.  His South Great Georges street food offerings also include Bonsai Bar, a new concept in high-end Japanese-influenced food and drinks. Along with an unrivalled list of Japanese whiskeys, beers and sake, you’ll find bespoke cocktails – the Plum & Marzipan Sour is outrageously good! – and tempting bar bites like Black Cod with Japanese Tare Sauce; Wagyu Beef brushed in Sweet Miso with Smoked Bonito Flakes, and Akame Yellow Fin Tuna on a Kimchi Croquette.
