Composed of musicians, designers, photographers, and other creative practitioners, Féile na Gréine aims to place a spotlight on music communities in Limerick City. The festival began as a yearly weekend-long event and continues to build a national reputation for championing Ireland’s emerging and experimental musical talent, while holding up Limerick City as a significant destination within Ireland’s cultural landscape.
The organisation’s operations are guided by strong-held beliefs in DIY culture, grassroots connections and inclusivity within the arts. This year sees the festival return to it's music trail format, after a slight change in 2021's organisation to accommodate for restrictions.
Féile na Gréine is run in association with Limerick City and County Council, with sponsorship from Limerick organisations Crew Brewing Company, Mother Macs Pub, Treaty City Brewery, Pharmacia Bar, The Commercial, and Piquant Media.
Féile na Gréine is running from August 19-21 bring audiences through various venues across Limerick City.
