Who: Trajal Harrell / Schauspielhaus Zürich Dance Ensemble’s The Köln Concert, Oona Doherty’s Navy Blue, Emanuel Gat Dance Company’s LOVETRAIN2020, Emma Martin’s KING / SHRINE, Luke Murphy’s The Prometheus Project: The Archivist, Liz Roche Company’s Yes and Yes, Compagnie Catherine Gaudet’s The Pretty Things, Pan Pan’s The Sudden, and more.
What: Featuring world-renowned artists, this year’s edition of the festival places a particular emphasis on dance that “invites us to be open and courageous, to celebrate love and our shared humanity, and to create new memories together.”
Make sure to: See the Irish premiere of The Köln Concert – a brave and dramatic interpretation of Keith Jarrett’s famous solo piano recording – from celebrated American choreographer Trajal Harrell.
Inspired by voguing, ballroom culture and iconic jazz, The Köln Concert by Trajal Harrell & @Zschauspielhaus is a celebration of those who have been pushed to the shadows.
