BREAKING NEWS: Conor McGregor knocked out by Floyd Mayweather
Conor McGregor lasted until the 10th-round but was ultimately outclassed by perhaps the greatest pugilists of modern times
Floyd Mayweather beat Conor McGregor with a 10th-round stoppage in the most lucrative fight of all-time.
Although McGregor landed shots in the first two rounds, Mayweather moved up through the gears in the third and fourth rounds as Conor tired and was never able to trouble him again.
Mayweather rocked McGregor in ninth and from then on it was obvious that the fight wouldn't go the distance. The referee stopped the fight in the tenth without McGregor hitting the floor.

Mayweather is now the first person to have a professional 50-0 record, surpassing Rocky Marciano.
