The 1975 drop fourth single from forthcoming album alongside Samuel Bradley directed visual
'All I Need To Hear' is the fourth single released from the band's forthcoming album Being Funny in a Foreign Language.
The 1975 have released the fourth single, 'All I Need To Hear', from their forthcoming album Being Funny in a Foreign Language.
The latest drop follows 'I’m in Love With You', 'Happiness', and 'Part of the Band' - tracks which feature on the band's fifth studio album, out October 14 via Dirty Hit.
'All I Need To Hear' shows a softer side to the band, with a raw vocal fronting the track. More paired back and subdued than the other releases from Being Funny in a Foreign Language thus far, the song mirrors older tracks like 'Somebody Else' and 'Be My Mistake'.
A Samuel Bradley directed visual accompanies the track, as with each previous release.
The video intros with lead singer Matty Healy talking to the camera, proposing the idea that "none of this is real." The black and white visual spends approximately three minutes focusing on Healy's chats, then moving on to a very simple set up where we see the band play their new release.
Unlike most things the 1975, this visual is extremely paired back and honest, perfectly fitting for this simple track. A fresh take for the band.
The 1975's forthcoming album Being Funny in a Foreign Language releases October 14, with preorder available here.
