Netflix unveils official trailer for Scorsese's The Irishman
The highly anticipated crime film has a trailer and release date.
Today Netflix has unveiled the official main trailer for Martin Scorsese's The Irishman. The film will be screening in Irish theaters starting November 8th and is slated for Netflix release on November 27th. The highly anticipated film stars Scorsese favorites Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci. Using modern editing technology, Scorsese was able to de-age DeNiro, which we already got our first look at in the teaser trailer from this summer.
'The Irishman is an epic saga of organized crime in post-war America told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran, a hustler and hitman who worked alongside some of the most notorious figures of the 20th century. Spanning decades, the film chronicles one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in American history, the disappearance of legendary union boss Jimmy Hoffa.'
