Netflix reveals trailer for Squid Game season 2
The hit Korean thriller series smashed records on its release in 2021, reining in 1.65 billion hours of views in the 28 days following its debut.
Netflix have shared the trailer for Squid Game Season 2. The winning player 455, played by Kim In-hyeok, returns to the competition to try and put an end to the games for good and save the lives of the players.
Player 455 attempts to coach the participants through a round of Red Light, Green Light although his pleas are ignored as The Guards fire rounds of bullets into the Deadly Arena.
The hit Korean thriller series smashed records on its release, reining in 1.65 billion hours of views in the 28 days following its debut. Squid Game premiered in 2021, with the show nominated for 17 Emmy awards and winning 6. Season 2 sees Player 455 lead participants in fighting against the guards, attempting to put an end to the fatal game.
Squid Game Season 2 will be available to stream on Netflix on December 26.
