Disney+ gets Irish release date
You can finally watch 'The Mandalorian.'
Walt Disney Co.'s new(ish) venture, Disney+, will launch in the U.K., Ireland and other markets in Western Europe on March 24th. The service will be priced at €6.99 monthly, or €69.99 for an annual subscription.
Along with several Disney classics, Disney Plus will be the exclusive streaming home for the hit Star Wars series The Mandalorian, and the live-action Lady and The Tramp. Upon its release in America, the service launched 500 movies and 7, 500 episodes of TV shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and National Geographic.

It is expected that Disney will spend a little over $1 billion on original content in its first fiscal year, and ramp up to the $2.5 billion dollar range by 2024.
