Bruce Springsteen reveals new video for 'The Rising' at Democratic National Convention

Bruce Springsteen is soundtracking a new advert for Joe Biden's presidential campaign with his song 'The Rising'. The clip made its debut last night, during the first night of the Democratic National Convention.

Featuring images and video of healthcare workers, everyday people wearing masks and empty streets, before drawing comparisons to the aftermath of 9/11, which was the catalyst for Springsteen penning the song, released in 2002.

It was also announced last week that Billie Eilish and The Chicks, John Legend and Common will perform at the Convention later in the week.

Also announced last week was the welcome news that Kamala Harris would be Biden's running mate and candidate for vice president.
