Andrew Maxwell confirmed as contestant on 'I'm A Celebrity. . .'
Amongst the star-studded cast is Irish comedian Andrew Maxwell.
The cast of this year’s series of 'I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' has been revealed! The Brtish reality show finds famous contestants testing their patience as they must live in the jungle for weeks competing for the title of 'King' or 'Queen of the Jungle.'
One notable celebrity on the forthcoming season is stand-up comedian Andrew Maxwell. The 44-year-old known for doing stand up was also the narrator of Ex-On The Beach. After landing in Australia (the location of the show) he told photographers he wouldn’t take his sunglasses off since “no one will know who I am anyway."
Another star announced is footballer Ian Wright. Also, DJs Adele Roberts (Radio 1) and Roman Kemp (Capital FM) are reportedly appearing alongside Myles Stephenson, who won The X Factor in 2017 with his band Rak-Su.
Additionally, two soap stars are set to join in: Andrew Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland in Coronation Street, and Jacqueline Jossa, who played Lauren Branning until 2018.
The highest-paid, and perhaps most well-known celebrity expected to appear is television personality Caitlyn Jenner, who will earn £500,000 for her appearance. Jenner admitted she is scared of the snakes.
We can't wait to see how Maxwell will fare against some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Be sure to tune in to ITV on November 17th to catch the show.
