WATCH: Spike's new The Mist teaser

The new trailer delivers what the previous one lacked. The scary and sometimes disgusting traits the creatures in the mist bring with them.

Putting both trailers together, we see the story line is pretty much intact, except for the location. Christian Torpe, the creator of the series, has previously stated that the story would stay true to its roots as well as the 2007 movie. To make the series work, however, he had to take away the focus on the supermarket and introduce several new locations around town.

The series debuts June 22 on Spike.
