Rockstar has released the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI after it was leaked
After a decade since Grand Theft Auto V, gamers around the globe are finally catching a glimpse of the newest edition to the action-adventure video game series – watch the trailer below.
The first trailer for the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI has been released a day early. A leaked version of the trailer was released on Monday (December 4) on social media.
Rockstar Games took to X to announce: "Our trailer has leaked so please watch the real thing on YouTube."

After only 12 hours the 1 minute, 30-second clip has racked up over 58 million views.
One fan expressed his thoughts on the trailer saying: "The attention to detail in the environment is insane! From bustling urban areas to serene countryside, it looks like the map will be incredibly diverse. Rockstar, you've set the bar high!"
The teaser shows car chases, shoot-outs and partying – all things fans would expect to see in a Grand Theft Auto sequel.
Although the trailer has erupted excitement amongst the gaming community, fans will still have to wait till 2025 for the game's release.
