Looking out on the River Lagan, this Michelin starred eatery seats just 40, which makes for an inviting and intimate dining experience. The £55 Seasonal Tasting Menu – £85 with teamed wines – is great value and lets you experience the full scope of chef Stephen Toman’s culinary imagination. He’s a firm believer in nose to tail eating, which means lots of alternative cuts of meat for you to feast on. They also push the envelope in terms of the fish and veggie dishes they serve too. The diverse drinks selection includes locally brewed beers plus an intoxicating range of gins. More casual dining is available in the next-door OX Cave.
Best Dish: Mourne Mountain Lamb with Smoked Potato, Romanesco & Olive – £22 as part of the Two-Course Lunch
