Jennifer Aniston shares Irish singer-songwriter JC Stewart with her 32 million Instagram followers
The Friends star has shared a video of the Irish artist's unique twist on the sitcom's theme song.
Jennifer Aniston has become the latest fan of rapidly rising Irish star JC Stewart.
Taking to Instagram, the Friends actress shared a video of JC performing his own lockdown-inspired cover of the sitcom's iconic theme song.
Playfully turning The Rembrandts' original song on its head, JC sings: "So no one told you life was gonna be this way/ Your life's a joke, you're broke, your love life's DOA/ It looks like we'll be inside for a year/ Or it might only be a day, a week, or months – it's really not clear/ So I'll be here all day, looking into the fridge/ I'll be here all day just binging Tiger King."
Soon after JC posted the video, it began garnering major attention online – eventually reaching Jennifer Aniston, who shared it to her 32.8 million Instagram followers yesterday.
Aniston is just one of many stars who count themselves among the Irish singer-songwriter's fan club. JC has also earned praise from the likes of Niall Horan, and was tipped by Hot Press as one of our 'Hot For 2020' acts. Having already clocked up Spotify streams in their millions, and co-written with Lewis Capaldi, there's no doubt that the Derry artist is poised for ocean-transcending success.
