Jameson Distillery Bow St. is named as the world's best distillery tour

The World Travel Awards have named Jameson Distillery on Bow Street as the World's Leading Distillery Tour for the second year in a row.

The Smithfield distillery beat out other nominees, including Heaven Hill Distillery, Hennessy, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam American Stillhouse, Jose Cuervo, Martell, Mount Vernon, New York Distilling Company, Santa Teresa Rum, Suntory, Hakushu Distillery, The Glenfiddich Distillery, The Macallan Distillery, and Tullamore D.E.W. Visitor Centre.

After winning last year, Ray Dempsey, the General Manager of Jameson Distillery on Bow Street said his team was dedicated to further improving their tours.

"We continue to stay ahead of the trends for distillery tours and we will continue to expand our range of experiences at the distillery in Jameson."

Jameson Distillery Bow Street seemed to do just that, as they were awarded the accolade yet again this year. They were also named Europe's Leading Distillery Tour.
