Ireland's pre-eminent literature festival is back. Now in its 21st year, the event is a celebration of all things Irish lit. From readings and discussions to debates, lectures, workshops, and more, the ILF is sure to have something for all kinds of book lovers. This same variety is reflected in the lineup of performers, speakers, and authors, which includes the work of both well-established greats and young up and comers, creating a space for all literary ideas, new and old, to coexist and intermingle.
Hot Press Picks: One highlight is sure to be filmmaker Alan Gilsenan's theatrical readings of Samuel Beckett poems. Also, the brilliance of Tana French's new literary novel, The Wych Elm, makes anything she's involved in a must-see.
