Game of Thrones Star Iain Glen Will Play Bruce Wayne In DC's Titans Series
Titans won't return for a new series until next fall.
Scottish actor Iain Glen, known for playing Jorah Mormont on Game of Thrones, has been cast in DC's Titans series as Bruce Wayne.
Glen will play an older version of billionaire Bruce Wayne, who after decades of serving justice on the streets of Gotham as Batman is still just as invested in fighting evil as he was when he began. Titans, starring Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft and Ryan Potter, turned in a successful first series and will return for a second next fall.
Glen has been featured in several prominent stage productions, including The Crucible and A Streetcar Named Desire, and has starred in Downton Abbey, The Iron Lady and My Cousin Rachel.
Titans follows a team of young superheroes who fight crime. The series was initially the subject of controversy for its dark, gritty take on Teen Titans franchise.
