Dig the new breed: Danielle Donnelly, model
You may have spotted her stunning good looks in a fashion shoot in these very pages some timew ago and thought "We'll be seeing more of her." If so, you weren't alone. At just seventeen years of age, Danielle Donnelly received her first fashion editorial break in HotPress in 2000. But it was only a matter of time before the floodgates started to open.
Having joined the Morgan Agency, she was chosen as the face of the Impulse campaign at the end of last year. She has also begun to work with photographers of the calibre of Jean Baptiste Mondino, Perry Ogden and Koto Boloto, featuring in a variety of fashion mags, including Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle, Arena, Face and GQ. But if the face is striking enough to claim dozens of front covers over the coming years, at 5'9", Danielle also has everything that's required to strut her stuff with success on the ramp. She's worked with high profile clients Escada, Marks and Spencer, Monica John and Kilkenny – and was also chosen for the Penneys swimwear shoot.
Currently studying in France, she will return to Ireland for modelling work in February. And after that – the sky is the limit.
