We Cut Corners New Single Out Today
The Dublin duo have released new track Original Sin taken from their upcoming studio album Impostors.
We Cut Corners have been making waves in the Irish music scene with their eclectic mix of songs, ranging from angular pop and garage rock to wistful indie-folk. All of this, alongside their proficiency in resonant lyrics, makes it clear guitarist/vocalist John Duignan and drummer/vocalist Conall Ó Breachain don't cut corners when it comes to quality productions. The result is weird and wonderful, abstract at times, but all round dynamic. The drum/guitar combination, and the blending of powerful, unique vocal harmonies has been key to their success.
Testament to this, the band's first three albums were all nominated for the Choice Music Prize for Irish Album of the Year.
Guitar laden angst pours through their electrifying new single, 'Original Sin' which provides the entry into their newest collection - Impostors, to be released on Friday 12th October.
Friday 19th October - Spiegeltent, Galway (supporting Paul Noonan)
Saturday 20th October - Cyprus Avenue, Cork
Sunday 28th October - The Spirit Store, Dundalk
Friday 2nd November - The Monarch, London
