After sharing the latest single from her forthcoming album, 'Baby', Charli XCX is back with an equally sensual visual for the track.
The English pop singer gave fans her latest offering yesterday (March 1), calling it the genesis of her new "hyper-sexualised, feminine power zone."
"This song, it was kind of the foundation of the vibe of the album. It’s probably the most sexy song I’ve ever made," she said in an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music 1. "It’s about sex and sexuality and having good sex and just feeling yourself essentially. I know that that’s the tone. I knew that that was the tone I wanted to carry across for the entire record."
The accompanying video is evocative of that tone as Charli and two background dancers perform seductive choreo in lingerie.
Of the video she said: "I wanted to challenge myself on the choreography for this song, which was really, really tough and I have so much respect for dancers, professional dancers, anyone who communicates emotion through dance. It is so hard and challenging, but so rewarding.”

The single is the fourth taken from Charli's fifth studio album, CRASH, set to be released on March 18. Other previously released singles include 'Good Ones', 'New Shapes' featuring Caroline Polachek and Christine and the Queens, and Rina Sawayama collaboration 'Beg For You'.
Like a majority of the leading singles, the rest of the LP sees the electro-pop singer collaborating with a number of producers and musicians.
Some of these contributors include, A. G. Cook, George Daniel, Deaton Chris Anthony, Lotus IV, Oscar Holter, Digital Farm Animals, Ian Kirkpatrik, Jason Evigan, Justin Raisen, Ariel Rechtshaid, Ilya, Oneohtrix Point Never, Jon Shave and Mike Wise.
"I was able to possess and persuade an incredible group of producers and collaborators to contribute to CRASH by using my femme fatale powers and a multitude of dark spells and curses," Charli added.
CRASH also marks the last release in her record deal with Atlantic.
Alongside the album comes a slew of tour dates, including a night at the 3Olympia Theatre Dublin on May 13. Tickets are on sale now, here.
