Liam Gallagher shares new single 'For What's it's Worth'
The former Oasis front-man has now released three tracks off his upcoming solo album As You Were
Liam Gallagher has released a new song called 'For What's it's Worth" and fortunately it is original material and not a cover of the classic Buffalo Springfield track.
The song is a surprisingly humble apology, with Gallagher admitting in the chorus "For What It's Worth I'm sorry for the Hurt/ I'll be the first to say i made my own mistakes". The track is pure Oasis, a anthem, melodic Beatles throwback with a punch.
Taking to Noisey Gallagher said of the song "Yeah, obviously I’ve made a lot of mistakes. That’s life. I guess it is an apology to whoever. I’ve pissed a lot of people off. But I’m certainly not gonna write a song for each and every one of them. There’s one there. Fuckin’ deal with it and move on.”
