Witnness this!
Four one-off Witnness gigs lined up for the rainy season
The organisers of Witnness have announced that they will be bringing four major names to Ireland between November and March 2003 for a series of one off Witnness gigs.
Although no clue has been given as to who will be playing, the calibre of past acts – including Pulp, The Foo Fighters, David Bowie and Basement Jaxx – give good reason to expect similarly exciting line ups this time round.
Cities pencilled in for shows are Dublin on November 17, Belfast in December (date tbc), Cork in February (date tbc) and Galway in March (date tbc).
Tickets cannot be bought from the regular retailers, so instead log on to www.witnness.com to apply. If you lose out on tickets, you can catch the gig that night on the radio, or on TV a week later. Times and dates for these broadcasts are yet to be confirmed.
