Fire Escape Festival for end of June
Nanu Nanu, The Spook Of The Thirteenth Lock and more will play the Rathmines two-day.
June 27-28 sees a host of terrific Irish acts come together to play quite an unusual location for music-making. The Fire Escape, presented by Flaming June, will take place in a Victorian fire station, Mart, Rathmines.
On hand for sets over the weekend will be The Spook Of The Thirteenth Lock, Nanu Nanu, Twinkranes, Sive, Percolator, Paddy Hanna, Mossy Nolan, Otherkin, Pete Pamf, Crowhammer, Elastic Sleep, The North Sea, Fiction Peaks, Idiot Sons, Myles O'Reilly's Arbutus Yarnes Videos and DJs Sinead Ni Mhordha and Will St. Leger.
There will also be an Acoustic Shack featuring G Star,Wilbury Kelly and more.
A "pay for play" festival, full weekend tickets cost twenty quid. Friday (10 bands 6pm-1am) is €12 and Saturday is €14 (20 bands from 1pm to 1am). Go to [link]entertainment.ie[/link] to buy.
