Gary Lightbody, ROE and Rosborough to perform Snow Patrol's Final Straw album in streamed gig
The album features landmark singles 'How To Be Dead', 'Splitting Games', 'Chocolate' and 'Run'.
Gary Lightbody, ROE and Rosborough are set to perform Snow Patrol's iconic 2003 album, Final Straw, this Thursday on the Oh Yeah Music Centre's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Lowden guitars and the Oh Yeah Centre have put the streamed show together, gathering two noteworthy Northern Irish acts and Gary for the anticipated online gig.
ROE and Rosborough are booked to play the first part of the hit record, with Lightbody taking over for the last part.
Writing on the Oh Yeah's Instagram page, Lightbody expressed his appreciation to Lowden and Oh Yeah for hosting, and showed his excitement for his rising supporting acts.
"It’s an honour and massive thanks to ROE and Rosborough for taking part. They are both awesome and I can’t wait to hear their take on these songs."
Final Straw was Snow Patrol's third studio album, and brought the band attention outside of Ireland and the United Kingdom. The album features the singles 'How To Be Dead', 'Splitting Games', 'Chocolate' and the iconic 'Run' - later covered by Leona Lewis to widespread success.
To watch the live gig, set a countdown for this Thursday, May 21st at 8pm GMT and head over to Oh Yeah's Facebook page or YouTube channel. You don't want to miss this show of Northern Irish talent.
