After gigs from Glen Hansard and Bell X1, Cork music fans ushered in Christmas in rip-roaring traditional Irish fashion with Co. Louth's The Mary Wallopers rounding off the pre-festive season list of gigs at Cork City Hall on Saturday night the 23rd of December. The infectious sound of traditional Irish music from the six-piece from Dundalk and the equally infectious sound of eager fans made for the perfect Christmas cracker.
