KNEECAP react to Keir Starmer's resignation: "Slán Keir"
The group took to social media hours after Starmer announced he would be stepping down as British Prime Minister.
KNEECAP have reacted to Keir Starmer's resignation as Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party.
They took to social media after Starmer spoke outside 10 Downing Street on Monday morning.
He said that while he was told "time and time again" that the party was "finished", he believed he had "proved those people wrong" during his time as Prime Minister. Particularly by "ripping out the poison of anti-Semitism", he said, and working to "restore trust in the economy, defence and national security".
The group shared a video on Instagram captioned "Slán Keir".
Featuring clips of Starmer criticising the trio, including him saying what they stand for and say is "completely intolerable", it cuts to compilations of them performing across the UK, before cutting back to a video of the Prime Minister with the words "completely intolerable" appearing in red over his face.

Starmer's comments in the video were made after a terror charge against Mo Chara, who was accused of displaying a flag in support of terror organisation Hezbollah at a performance in North London, was thrown out last year.
After an appeal to reopen the case was thrown out, the Prime Minister said that he wanted the Crown Prosecution Service to "very carefully" examine the decision.
In response, KNEECAP wrote: "Fuck Keir Starmer, a man who couldn't get us cancelled from Glasto," and "You know what's not appropriate, Keir?! Arming a fucking genocide."
