WATCH: Video for New Dirty Projectors Single
The American indie rock band's new video is set in an alternate universe of prosthetic noses and bright colors
The video was made in collaboration with the film and animation studio Encyclopedia Pictura, who have worked with the likes of Kanye West and Bjork in the past.
Frontman David Longstreth and the studio describe the video as "the arc of a relationship is portrayed in stages of growth, death, and rebirth".
“To unite our characters as we weave through their stories, we tried to present their vulnerabilities in a surreal way, right on the surface, in their faces.”
Up in Hudson appears on Dirty Projectors’ eigth album, which is self-titled.
