WATCH: U2 team up with Patti Smith in London

Punk icon Patti Smith took the stage with U2 at the Dubliners gig in London's O2 Arena last night and, naturally, a smartphone was on hand to capture it for posterity.
She performed U2's Gloria' and her own 'People Have The Power'.

It was the third night of their London residency, which kicked off Sunday. Bono and co will play again tonight and wrap up their stint in the UK capital with two shows early next week before they are bound for Glasgow.
Smith's appearance follows Noel Gallagher's guest stint with the band, which he described as a "dream come true".
