WATCH: Fangclub perform 'Bad Words' live
Dublin riff merchants Fangclub have been capturing our attention here in Hot Press lately, and we’ve been waiting eagerly for their self-titled album which comes out this August.
For now we have lead single ‘Bad Words’ to chew on. “Using a pinch of early Wildhearts and a dash of Kerbdog to create an intoxicating brew, the track is a muscular offering that rewards repeated listens. The delightfully scuzzy, squealing guitar riff is worth the price of admission alone,” is what we said in our review of the track.
Check it out for yourself and get an idea of why the trio’s live shows have been acclaimed in this performance of the single for VEVO DSCVR.
Fangclub support the Pixies at their Trinity series show this June, and you can also catch them at Indiependence and supporting Muse at their Belfast show this August.
