WATCH: Betty White's dramatic reading of Queen Latifah's 'U.N.I.T.Y'
In a hilarious tribute video, Golden Girls star Betty White gives a dramatic rendition of Queen Latifah's single 'U.N.I.T.Y' to honour Queen Latifah's lasting legacy in the hip hop industry.
At Monday's VH1 Hip Hop Honours ceremony, Queen Latifah was recognised for her many contributions to the music industry through out her career.
First Lady Michelle Obama taped her own congratulatory remarks for the rapper, commenting that she had helped change the hip hop industry for the better.
However, 94-year-old veteran actress Betty White celebrated Latifah's lustrous career a bit differently...
Check out her dramatic reading of the rap 'U.N.I.T.Y' below.
Sending all my love and congratulations to @IAMQUEENLATIFAH for her @VH1 #HipHopHonors honor. So proud and honored to call her my friend.
