Ulster rock documentary to air on BBC Radio 2
Breaking The Barricades: The Story Of Ulster Rock will be broadcast on February 28
9pm, February 28, BBC Radio 2, make sure you're tuned in. Why? Because Paul McLean and Stuart Bailie, formerly of this parish, are presenting Breaking The Barricades: The Story Of Ulster Rock.
Narrated by Feargal Sharkey, the documentary starts in 1964 with Them and after detouring sharply through punk brings us bang up to date with the likes of Ash, David Holmes and Snow Patrol.

Along with oodles and oodles of music, it contains fresh interviews with Jake Burns, Mickey Bradley, Andy Cairns, Tim Wheeler, Neil Hannon, Gary Moore, Eric Bell and John Peel.
