As such, he performed at the opening night of the FIFA Fan Festival — at the FIFA World Cup — captivating an audience of 40,000 attendees.

Faraway Martin continues to establish himself as a versatile, sought-after musician with recent successes at Sea Sessions and Claremorris Folk Festival. Martin has also played alongside personal hero, Damien Rice, and has opened for Toploader, Aslan, Mick Flannery, Mundy, The Blizzards and Hermitage Green.
