The Wexford Arts Centre to host punk festival in April
The event will include performances from seven live bands, in addition to free activities and attractions.
The Wexford Arts Centre has announced a punk festival set for April 26.
Doors open at 12 p.m., with live music kicking off at 5 p.m. and lasting until 11 p.m. Bands playing at the event will include The Dubtones, Recoil, The Gakk, The Zonai, Stick N Poke, Offbeat and Baggles & Butch. Tickets for the show start at €10 for students and €15 for general sales.
The festival will also host free attractions and activities, consisting of punk pop art, street photography, a punk art exhibition, fashion and artefacts, a vintage poster lottery, punk talks and an album art competition.
Other upcoming events at the Wexford Arts Centre include performances by Don Baker, The Craic Pots and Paddy Casey.
