The NME Brats tour is Ireland Bound
Hot Press can exclusively reveal that the 2006 NME Brats Tour is coming to Dublin and Belfast in January.
The news was imparted to us by Lukas Wooler, keyboard player with Maximo Park who are co-headlining the trek with Arctic Monkeys.
Wooler says they’re also looking to organise their own nationwide headlining tour, and mentions Kilkenny and Galway as two cities that will be included in the itinerary.
The chinwag happened backstage at Le Cigalle in Paris where the Maximo boys were appearing on the same bill as Kaiser Chiefs, Hard-Fi, The Subways and the aforementioned Arctic Monkeys.
