The Cult added to Forest Fest festival line-up

The music and arts festival Forest Fest have just announced the full line-up for its 2024 edition, including the multi-platinum rock band The Cult.

Taking place at Emo Village, Co. Laois, the festival will go from July 19 to 21, and welcome artists such as The Human League, EMF and Dexys, among others. To see the full festival line-up, click here.

Playing their only Irish gig of the year at Forest Fest, The Cult was formed in 1983 in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Previously known as Death Cult, a name derived from the of name of the lead singer Ian Astbury’s previous band Southern Death Cult, the band broke into the mainstream in the U.S. in the late 80’s.

Now established as a pillar of hard-rock, The Cult have recently announced a string of U.K. and Europe dates for 2024, including a headlining show at Co. Laois’ Forest Fest 2024.
