The Avalanches cancel Belfast date, reschedule Dublin show

Belfast fans of The Avalanches are set for disappointment as their date at The Limelight this month has been cancelled.

The Aussie duo’s show at the Olympia in Dublin has also been rescheduled for the later date of June 22.

The changes were announced in a press release circulated this morning, which put them down to “a band scheduling conflict”.

Refunds for the Belfast show are available from point of purchase.

The shows were set to be The Avalanches’ first visit to the island in 16 years.
