Susan O'Neill unveils new EP Now You See It, announces Irish tour
Along with the release, Clare native Susan O'Neill has announced a massive Irish headline tour.
Award-winning Irish songwriter Susan O'Neill has released her brand new EP, Now You See It. The 6-track project was produced by Tony Buchen, who also produced her 2021 collaborative album with Mick Flannery In The Game.
Now You See It showcases O'Neill's multi-instrumental talent and incredible aptitude for songwriting. The titular track 'Now You See It' and 'Truth Can Be Kind' were released as singles prior to the EP and now sit on the Radio 1 Airplay charts at number one and three, respectively.
Herself and Flannery's duet album In The Game saw O'Neill receive nominations for Choice Music Prize, Female Folk Artist of the Year, and take home the award for Best Original Folk Track for 'Chain Reaction'. She recently finished a two-month long international tour, where she played main stages of Canadian festivals, debut shows in Los Angeles, headline shows in New York City, opened for Valerie June in the UK and Phoebe Bridgers in Scotland.
Susan ended this run with a performance on the main stage of Tønder Festival in Denmark, also playing at Ireland's own Electric Picnic at Fishtown.
Now, O'Neill has announced her biggest Irish headline tour yet. She will embark on 15 dates across the country, a few of which are already sold out.
