Sparks announce Vicar Street gig, new album
'A Steady Drip, Drip, Drip' will be the duo's 24th studio album.
Brothers Ron and Russel Mael – better known as Sparks – have announced their next studio album, titled A Steady Drip, Drip, Drip, will be released on May 15th. In addition, the band will play a show in Vicar Street on October 27th along with a slew of other European dates.
Sparks also confirmed the release (without providing specific dates) of their musical feature Annette, which will star Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard as well as a currently untitled Sparks documentary directed by Edgar Wright (Baby Driver). The band initially shot onto the charts with their operatic rock single 'This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both of Us'.
Tickets go on sale from Friday, 31st January at 9am via Ticketmaster.
