See your music in motion
Now in its fourth year, Hot Press is please to announce a nationwide search for Irish artists to have a music video directed and produced by film students from the illustrious Tisch School of the Arts, New York University.
Winners will have an opportunity to collaborate with undergraduate film students as part of their Music Video Production course that includes creative input, production, directions and editing of your own professional music video clip right here in Ireland.
Last year the competition was a resounding success with buzz band The Rags being one of the chosen acts to have their video made and shown on music shows and stations across the globe. Other acts who are now lit up in celluloid at the hands of Tisch students include: Republic Of Loose, La Rocca, Halite, Alphastates, Juno Falls and many more.
To enter:
- Submit a recording of the track(s) you believe deserves to have a music video.
- Send us a picture of the applicant - yourself/band/artist so we can see what you look like
- Tell us about yourself in no more than 250 words - your musical direction, your history and why you think we should produce a music video for your track
All entries must be received no later than January 20 2006.
Send entries to:
Hot Press "See your music in motion", 13 Trinity St, Dublin 2.
