Return of Divine Comedy
Neil Hannon has announced details of the new Divine Comedy album.
Titled Absent Friends, it's due through Parlophone on March 29 and features 'Charmed Life', 'Sticks And Stones', 'Leaving Today', 'My Imaginary Friend', 'The Wreck Of The Beautiful', 'Our Mutual Friend', 'The Happy Goth', 'Freedom Road', 'Laika's Theme', 'Absent Friends' and lead single 'Come Home Billy Bird'.
"I'm absolutely thrilled to infinitesimal bits with the album," Hannon purrs. "I haven’t been this excited about a record since Casanova and I can't wait for you chaps to hear it. If you don't like it I'll probably cry! We're going to do lots of groovy shows and maybe even make some half-decent videos for a change."
