PREMIERE: nicha shares 'Little Bird', a powerful ode to domestic abuse survivors

Following the release of her acclaimed debut single 'Devices' earlier this year, nicha has returned with 'Little Bird' – a poignant ode to people who have suffered mental and physical abuse in relationships.
“I feel there is a taboo around talking about domestic abuse, mental and physical," nicha, aka Lucy Robinson, reflects. "Women are suffering, men are suffering, there are so many victims even in this day and age. We need to raise awareness and remind people to talk more.”
Through her unique, genre-blending sound, and thought-provoking lyrics, nicha has rapidly established herself as a compelling new force in Irish music. Drawing from her own personal struggles, as well as those of her friends and family, the Northern Irish artist's music touches on mental health, the environment, and more pressing issues facing the world today – shirking off predictability, while also acknowledging the irresistible pull of a great pop hook.
