Phoebe Bridgers announces show at Madison Square Garden with $1 tickets
The upcoming performance is the first Phoebe Bridgers show in New York City since 2022.
Phoebe Bridgers has announced a show with $1 tickets at Madison Square Garden on June 4, following a run of surprise acoustic pop-up club shows around the US.
All proceeds will go to the Community Justice Exchange's Immigration Bond Freedom Fund, which works to secure the release of people from immigration detention.
The Community Justice Exchange is an abolitionist organisation working to end all forms of incarceration and criminalisation. As part of their support for organisers across the US, they host the National Bail Fund Network, a group of more than 90 local bail funds, to end immigration and pre-trial detention.
Bridgers kicked off her recent run of live sets last month in Roswell, New Mexico. She debuted new material and gifted fans pieces of a painting - rumoured to be artwork for her next album.
Last week she appeared in the trailer for Primetime, a forthcoming A24 drama which chronicles the origins of Chris Hansen's To Catch A Predator.
