NEWSFLASH: Phantom FM's application for the new alternative rock licence has been successful

The BCI has awarded the alternative rock licence for Dublin City and County to Phantom FM, the former pirate station that's recently operated under a series of temporary licences.

Phantom are planning to be on air by June 2005.
