Oxegen headliner confirmed
We've got details of who's going to top off a day at Oxegen 2007.
As previously announced by Hot Press, Belfast boys Snow Patrol will be appearing at the festival, which takes place at Punchestown Racecourse on July 7 and 8.
They'll be taking the top slot, which last year went to Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Who.
The quintent, who are currently in Europe with ex-Therapy? drummer Graham Hopkins standing in for the broken-armed Jonny Quinn, will play the festival as their only Irish date this year.
The other act preparing to play the Co. Kildare festival is Director, who just picked up the Meteor award for Best New Irish Act.
