Myles Kennedy announces solo Dublin show
The American singer-songwriter is set to play at the Academy on December 5 of this year.
Myles Kennedy has announced a solo Dublin headline show at the Academy on December 5 of this year. The gig will feature a special guest, the Welsh band Cardinal Black.
Kennedy is also set to gig at the Belfast venue Limelight the next night.
The Boston-born rocker is known for being the lead vocalist, guitarist, and frontman for the band Alter Bridge.
He has worked with the likes of Slash and The Conspirators (who he just finished a year on the road with) and has also worked on tracks with Disturbed, Halestorm, and Sevendust.
The American musician began releasing solo material, and in 2021, he delivered his sophomore opus, The Ides of March. The LP had four No. 1 debuts across three countries, topping the Billboard US Top Current Hard Music Chart and the UK Official Rock & Metal Chart.
Kennedy is set to release a third album, The Art of Letting Go, led by the single ‘Say What You Will’ and is due to be released October 11 of this year.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, 14, at 9 a.m. and are €30, including booking fees; they are available here.
