Metropolis Festival have announced their 2018 headliner
The fourth instalment of the festival will take place on the 27 and 28 October 2018. Like last year’s festival, Metropolis will be held in the RDS in Ballsbridge.
Metropolis have announced that Irish indie-folk band Villagers will headline and curate Saturday, October 27th of Metropolis Festival 2018.
Last week heralded the news of Villagers’ return. Frontman Conor O’Brien announced that their fourth studio album, The Art Of Pretending To Swim, will be released by Domino on Friday 21st September.
Last year’s headliners include Todd Terje, Leftfield and Dj Jazzy Jeff. The 2017 festival sold out, and with fan-favourites Villagers now headlining, this year’s Metropolis could be the same.
Early-bird tickets are priced from €35 and will be available from Friday, 22nd June at 9am from Ticketmaster.
